OPPO is seeking a trainer/instructor to analyze performance data, develop curricula, and deliver engaging training across product sales, leadership, and customer service. The role focuses on motivating teams, improving performance, and providing actionable insights to drive business targets.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of training experience, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with 1–2 years of experience as a Trainer, Instructor, Facilitator, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of training development, facilitation, and employee performance evaluation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze employee performance data and prepare regular reports and evaluations for field teams.
• Manage, motivate, and support employees to improve performance and achieve business targets.
• Develop training curricula, modules, and learning materials based on business and employee development needs.
• Conduct training on product sales, leadership, customer service, and other relevant topics.
• Deliver engaging training sessions with clear, persuasive communication tailored to different audiences.
