Job summary

Chery Indonesia is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing activities, from vendor sourcing to PO issuance and invoice reconciliation, using SAP and related systems. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a preference for prior internship or work experience in procurement for logistics or marketing.

You will maintain supplier relationships and ensure records are accurate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience or internship in purchasing/procurement is preferred.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Chery Indonesia is the Indonesian subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a Chinese automotive company that specializes in manufacturing and distributing passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement and bidding processes through the system, from vendor sourcing to evaluating the results.
• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately using SAP and manual systems.
• Manage and monitor invoice, payment & reconciliation requests through the internal system.
• Prepare, review, and administer supplier agreements through the system.
• Maintain professional supplier relationships and ensure purchasing administrative records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous internship or work experience in purchasing or procurement for marketing or logistics is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
