Job summary

INEOS Aromatics seeks a production operator to conduct routine field activity and DCS duties during shift to achieve safe, reliable and efficient operation. You will implement safety principles, manage permits, monitor process parameters, and coordinate with maintenance and field teams.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Fresh graduate or 2–3 years of production operator experience preferred.
Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Conduct operation unit routine field activity during shift to ensure safe, reliable operation.
Perform DCS operator duties and monitor process parameters within limits.
Prepare and control work permits to maintain safety standards.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and field operators to avoid deviations.
Maintain logs, analyze data, and report abnormalities to supervisors.
Support asset care activities and participate in safety and process improvements.
