Job summary

• Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of order picking, staging, loading and shipment processes.
• Ensure compliance with GWDP, warehouse safety standards, and product handling requirements.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, and shipment fulfillment, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated DC Operational Foreman to join our DC Team. This role is responsible for supervising 3PL operations, ensuring accurate and timely shipments, and maintaining compliance with operational standards and Good Warehousing Departement Procedure (GWDP).

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily 3PL DC Operations to ensure compliance with SOPs, operational targets, and time-quality standards.

Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of order picking, staging, loading, and shipment processes.

Ensure compliance with Good Warehousing Departement Procedure (GWDP), warehouse safety standards, and product handling requirements.

Monitor operational perfomance, productivity, and shipment fulfillment, while identifying issues and implementing corrective actions to improve effiency.

Prepare operational reports and coordinate with relevant departments.

Requirements

Bachleor's Degree (S1) in any field, preferably in Logistic, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.

Having experience in handling logistics, Distribution Center (DC), warehouse, or outbound operations. Preferably in FMCG Industries.

Proven leadership experience in supervising operational teams and coordinating with 3PL Logistics.

Good understanding of operational processes, shipment documentation, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operational standards.

Strong leadership, communication. problem-solving, and analytical skills, with ability to adapt quickly to changing operational needs.

Proficient in Microsot Office, especially in Excel, and willing to be placed at Nabati Plant: Majalengka, West Java.
