Job summary

PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia is seeking a production specialist to coordinate and monitor all production activities at the Nabati Plant in Majalengka, West Java. The candidate should hold a D4/S1 in a relevant field and bring FMCG experience, especially in wafer/biscuit/cookies/chocolate/cream products, with strong leadership and communication abilities.

The role requires willingness to work in a 3-shift system and to be placed at the Nabati Plant, Majalengka, West Java.

Qualifications

Diploma 4 (D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology/Nutrition/Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical/Agriculture Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in FMCG industries especially handling wafer/biscuit/cookies/chocolate/cream products.
Familiar with GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSMS standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability.
Willing to work in a 3-shift system.
Willing to be placed in Nabati Plant, Majalengka, West Java.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, monitor, and carry out all production activities and improvements in order to achieve the targets, regarding hygiene and safety.
Manage and arrange Man Power Planning to production requirements and operational needs.
Monitoring & controling production targets, ensuring daily production plans are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, efficiency, and on-time completion.
