Desa Kitsuné Bali is seeking an experienced Day Club Supervisor to join our hospitality management team in Bali. This is a full-time role based in Bali, overseeing daily operations of our day club facility and leading a staff to deliver outstanding service and guest satisfaction.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong English communication, and the ability to manage guest flow, F&B service, and training to enhance guest experiences and support revenue growth.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in a day club, beach club, restaurant or similar leisure venue.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Mansioni

• Supervising and coordinating all day club staff members, including servers, bartenders, runners and support personnel.
• Ensuring guests receive exceptional service and hospitality throughout their visit.
• Monitoring and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and facility maintenance across the venue.
• Managing guest flow, seating arrangements and reservation systems to optimize capacity and guest comfort.
• Handling guest inquiries, complaints and issues with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Overseeing food and beverage service delivery, including quality control and presentation standards.
