OMMA Day Club is seeking a capable Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations on-site and ensure high hygiene standards. You will lead a small team, assign tasks, and maintain inventory and supplies.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in hospitality housekeeping, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced beach club environment in Bali. This role emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have prior supervisory experience in hospitality housekeeping.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and housekeeping operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
