Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain client details, appointment schedules, and travel requirements in internal systems.
• Arrange transportation based on client needs.
• Monitor bookings to ensure travel arrangements occur on time.
• Respond promptly to delays, cancellations, or changes to appointments or travel plans.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.

We are PT Karya Antara Negeri & PT Karya Antara Benua trading as Imatutu, our main business is BPO provides 24/7 for our affiliated offices in Australia and New Zealand, established in Denpasar - Bali by June 2023. Due to the expansion of the company, currently we are looking:

Data Entry and Client Liaison Officer

Location in Bali & Permanent Job

Role Description:

We are recruiting individuals who can commit to working shifts of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work across different shifts, depending on operational requirements.

Current shifts include 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with the possibility of additional or adjusted shifts in the future based on business needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately input and maintain client details, appointment schedules, and travel requirements in internal systems.
• Arrange appropriate transportation based on client needs.
• Monitor bookings to ensure travel arrangements occur on time.
• Respond promptly to delays, cancellations, or changes to appointments or travel plans.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
