Job summary

PT Karya Antara Negeri (Imatutu) in Denpasar, Bali invites applicants for a Data Entry Staff position. This permanent, on-site role requires English communication, precise data handling, and timely input of customer information.

You will work 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, with shifts starting between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM or 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM. Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Role Description:

We are recruiting individuals who can commit to shifts with work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

A strong proficiency in English is required to ensure effective communication with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting and guiding customers in order booking taxi.

Inputting information received from email, texts and incoming calls.

Ensuring our customer data is accurate and update.

Skills Needed:

Effective communication in English, both written and spoken.

Competency with computers and typing.

Ability to manage time efficiently and make informed decisions.

About You:

You are dedicated, attentive to details, and possess strong communication skills. You are able to adapt quickly and thrive in a team environment. Previous experience in a call center or front office or in a customer service role would be beneficial but is not mandatory.

NOTE: This is not a remote work and you cannot have a double job.
Your shift may start anytime between 6:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M or 2: A.M to 5 A.M
