Job summary

PT Karya Antara Negeri (Imatutu) in Denpasar, Bali, is hiring a Data Entry Staff to support 24/7 BPO services. The role requires 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, with shifts between 6 AM–3 PM or 2 AM–5 PM, and a strong command of English for customer interactions.

You will input data from emails, texts and calls, maintain data accuracy, and assist customers with taxi bookings. Prior call center or front-office experience is a plus but not mandatory, and you will work on-site in Bali.

Role Description:

We are recruiting individuals who can commit to shifts with work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

A strong proficiency in English is required to ensure effective communication with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting and guiding customers in order booking taxi.

Inputting information received from email, texts and incoming calls.

Ensuring our customer data is accurate and update.

Skills Needed:

Effective communication in English, both written and spoken.

Competency with computers and typing.

Ability to manage time efficiently and make informed decisions.

About You:

You are dedicated, attentive to details, and possess strong communication skills. You are able to adapt quickly and thrive in a team environment. Previous experience in a call center or front office or in a customer service role would be beneficial but is not mandatory.

NOTE: This is not a remote work, and you cannot have a double job.
Your shift may start anytime between 6 A.M to 3 P.M or 2 A.M to 5 A.M
