Job summary

IlmuOne Data is seeking a Sr Programmatic & Marketing Data Analyst in Jakarta to combine data analysis with digital media buying. You will analyze campaigns across Google DV360, Ads, and other channels, optimize programmatic campaigns, and turn data into actionable insights.

Requirements include a 2–4 year background in data/marketing analytics, strong SQL/Excel, and experience with Python/R and BI tools. This role offers WFH-friendly arrangements with initial office onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Performance Marketing, or related roles.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Familiar with Python/R and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and paid media.
• Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSP, SSP, DMP).
• Hands-on experience with Google DV360 or other DSPs.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Google Display & Video 360 certification or other programmatic certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze digital marketing campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360 and other channels.
• Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns using DV360.
• Conduct audience, keyword, and campaign analysis to improve targeting and performance.
• Monitor metrics such as CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC, ROI, and LTV.
• Build reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Python/R, or BI tools.
• Conduct A/B testing, funnel analysis, and campaign performance analysis.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for media spend and campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to support strategic decisions.
