Job summary

PT Astra Graphia Information Technology is seeking a detail-oriented DC Operator to support reliable, secure, and highly available data center operations. In this junior role, you will monitor critical infrastructure across compute, cooling, power, and network environments on a 24x7 basis.

You will respond to alerts, perform initial diagnostics, manage operational tickets, and coordinate timely escalation. The position requires a Diploma (D3) and at least 1 year of relevant experience in data

Qualifications

Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
1+ year of relevant experience; 2 years preferred.
Hands-on experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure operations, or similar technical environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor data center infrastructure, alarms, and environmental conditions using approved tools.
Respond to alerts, perform initial diagnostics, and escalate incidents per procedures.
Record and manage incidents, service requests, and changes in the ITSM system.
Perform routine physical checks of temperature, humidity, cooling, power, and cabling.
Support hands-on data center activities such as rack-and-stack and patching checks.
