PT EZSVS Technology Indonesia is seeking a Data Centre Operations Technician to monitor and maintain daily IT operations, ensuring system availability, stability, and performance. You will monitor servers, network devices, storage, and other infrastructure.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, handling alerts, provisioning and decommissioning servers, routine checks, maintaining records, and coordinating with IT teams to keep data centre operations smooth.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Operations, Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure, or Technical Support.
Basic knowledge of server hardware, networking, operating systems, and data centre infrastructure.
Familiarity with server installation, rack and stack, cabling, and hardware troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of Linux and Windows Server environments.
Knowledge of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, LAN, switches, and routers.
Willing to work on a shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Good troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
Mandarin language proficiency is highly preferred to support communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking teams.

Responsabilités

Monitor and maintain daily data centre IT operations to ensure system availability, stability, and performance.
Monitor servers, network devices, storage systems, and other IT infrastructure.
Conduct basic troubleshooting and initial diagnosis of hardware, network, and system-related issues.
Monitor system alerts, logs, and alarms, and elevate incidents to the relevant technical teams when necessary.
Perform server installation, rack and stack, cabling, equipment replacement, and basic hardware maintenance.
Support server provisioning, decommissioning, and IT equipment deployment activities.
Execute routine operational checks, preventive maintenance, and follow established SOPs and operational procedures.
Maintain accurate operational records, incident reports, maintenance logs, and equipment inventory.
Coordinate with IT Infrastructure, Network, System, and Facility teams to ensure smooth data centre operations.
Ensure compliance with data centre security policies, access control procedures, and safety standards.
