Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide operation support and respond to service requests from customers via call or email.
• Perform service operation activities including remote hands and smart hands.
• Conduct cross-connection work in the data center and implement repair, replacement, or configuration solutions.
• Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using the ticketing system.
• Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and manage permissions in various systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive experience for end-users.
