Job summary

PT NTT Global Data Centers Indonesia is seeking a Service Center Operations specialist to deliver technical support for end-users and ensure smooth data center operations. The role requires strong problem-solving, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle service requests, incidents, and user account management, while collaborating with engineers and other teams to implement solutions and maintain high service quality.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or CS.
Minimum 2 years in IT support or service desk.
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

Provide operation support for service requests via call or email.
Notify incidents and planned maintenance to stakeholders.
Perform remote hands and cross-connection tasks in data center.
Log and track incidents using the ticketing system.
Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure positive end-user experience.
