Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering and construction experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of HV/MV/LV, UPS, generators, electrical protection systems, and testing.
• Proven experience leading MEP construction teams on complex projects.
• Experience in Data Center or Mission Critical Facilities preferred.
• Strong technical leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage.

MEP Lead/Manager - Data Center Construction

PT Meinhardt Indonesia is seeking an experienced MEP Lead / Manager to support the delivery of Data Center projects in Jakarta and Batam.

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate MEP construction activities, with particular emphasis on electrical infrastructure, ELV systems, fire detection, technical compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise MEP construction activities in accordance with approved designs, technical specifications, and project requirements.

Oversee HV/MV/LV electrical systems, UPS, generators, electrical protection, and associated testing activities.

Review shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and technical documentation.

Coordinate technical interfaces between electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, and commissioning teams.

Monitor contractor performance, construction progress, installation quality, and project deliverables.

Identify technical issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with the Project Manager, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.

Support system testing, commissioning readiness, and project handover.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.

Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering and construction experience.

Strong technical knowledge of HV/MV/LV, UPS, generators, electrical protection systems, and testing.

Proven experience leading MEP construction teams on complex engineering projects.

Experience in Data Center or Mission Critical Facilities projects is strongly preferred.

Strong technical leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Good written and spoken English.

Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Willing to be assigned to Jakarta or Batam.
