Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA seeks a Construction Manager to lead data center construction activities in Batam. You will oversee MEP and critical infrastructure works, coordinate multiple contractors and vendors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely handover.

Qualifications include 5–8 years in data center construction, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with MS Office and industry tools. Willingness to relocate to Batam and manage regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience leading data center and/or mission-critical construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contractors, vendors and site teams.
• Strong knowledge of MEP and critical infrastructure systems.
• Experience with quality controls, change management and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead site construction activities for data center development.
• Manage contractors and multidisciplinary site teams.
• Oversee schedules, safety audits, inspections and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate work across trades and resolve site issues.
• Prepare progress reports and support variations validation.
