Job summary

ottodigital group is seeking a Site Manager to lead MEP activities for data center projects in Indonesia. You will coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams, review drawings, and report progress to the Project Manager.

Requirements include a D3/S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years of site management experience in MEP or data centers, CAD proficiency, and good English. BIM knowledge is advantageous; you will supervise testing, commissioning, and ensure

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in MEP or data center projects.
Bachelor or Diploma (D3/S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in CAD drawing; BIM knowledge is an advantage.
Good command of English, written and verbal.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and targets.
Familiar with installation standards/regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate MEP activities at the project site to meet quality, cost, schedule, and safety targets.
Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams; provide progress reports to Project Manager.
Review MEP drawings, specs, method statements, shop drawings, and material approvals.
Monitor the quality and progress of MEP installation work on site.
Ensure all site activities comply with HSE/K3 procedures and standards.
Supervise testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
