Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous.
• Additional certifications such as CNET, CDCDP, or other relevant technical certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day IT operations by following established operational processes and ensuring IT services meet defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provides first-level technical support for computer and IT data center operations, including basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assists with the installation, configuration, repair, and preventive maintenance of computer systems and related IT equipment.
• Monitors and records system performance, availability, and utilization metrics, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Assists in identifying operational issues and opportunities for process improvements under the guidance of senior team members.
• Supports the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure projects and operational activities.
• Maintains access control, data integrity, and file system security in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Documents incidents, service requests, maintenance activities, and operational procedures accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinates with internal teams and vendors to support routine operational and maintenance activities.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by the IT Operations management team.
