Job summary

Asiacruit is seeking a Data Center Warehouse & Inventory Lead to establish and manage warehouse operations for data center spare parts, IT hardware, and critical infrastructure in Jakarta and Karawang. You will implement inventory controls, maintain stock records, and coordinate with vendors to ensure availability of components.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse or asset management, experience with WMS, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations or asset management.
• Experience with IT hardware and technical spare parts.
• Experience with WMS and asset-tracking tools.
• Knowledge of serial number tracking and equipment returns.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; good English.
• Mandarin is advantageous for coordination with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage warehouse operations for data center parts.
• Establish inventory controls and stock levels.
• Handle receiving, inspection, storage, picking, issuing and dispatching.
• Maintain accurate stock records with serial numbers and asset tags.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits.
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and logistics partners.
• Ensure secure storage and traceability of equipment.
• Maintain warehouse documentation and reports.
