Job summary

Ensoft Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Setup Lead to establish and manage physical inventory, hardware assets, and logistics for our AI Compute Operations in Karawang. You will set up secure storage, chain of custody controls, serial tracking and OEM RMA workflows from scratch.

Key responsibilities include defining spare-parts models, end-to-end asset tracking, and coordinating with local vendors and global suppliers to ensure accurate stock and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical logistics or data center inventory.
• Deep familiarity with OEM RMA workflows and asset tracking.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin language skills preferred.
• Experience establishing warehouse processes from scratch.
• Knowledge of barcode/RFID tracking and audit controls.

Responsibilities

• Establish spare-parts model, min/max thresholds and warehouse layout.

• Conduct stock reconciliations, audits and maintain inventory accuracy.

Salary: IDR 18,000,000 – IDR 25,000,000 / month

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts & Warehouse Setup Lead to establish and manage physical inventory, hardware assets, and technical logistics for our AI Compute Operations. This role is responsible for setting up secure storage, chain of custody controls, serial tracking, and OEM RMA workflows from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish the spare-parts model, min/max inventory thresholds, and warehouse storage layout.
• Manage end-to-end asset tracking, serial number logging, and strict chain of custody for high-value server/compute hardware.
• Conduct periodic stock reconciliations, physical audits, and maintain inventory accuracy in WMS/ERP systems.
• Execute OEM warranty and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing with global hardware suppliers.
• Coordinate local vendor operations, freight forwarding, and local logistics management.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical logistics, data center inventory management, or technical asset control.
• Deep familiarity with OEM RMA workflows, barcode/RFID tracking, and audit controls.
• English proficiency is required (written and spoken).
• Mandarin language skills are strongly preferred to facilitate direct communication with local suppliers and international vendors.
• Proven track record in setting up warehouse processes or inventory systems from the ground up.
