The role requires 3–5 years of hands‑on HVAC experience, English proficiency, and a willingness to provide 24×7 support when needed. Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical/Facilities Engineering is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ facilities engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience operating and maintaining mission‑critical HVAC/cooling systems.
• Experience with liquid cooling systems, CDUs, secondary cooling loops, or high‑density data center cooling is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot temperature, flow, pressure, differential pressure, coolant quality, dew-point margin, and leak-detection alarms.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for CDU and secondary cooling loop systems.
• Analyze system trends and operational data to identify performance degradation and potential cooling issues.
• Manage cooling redundancy, failover procedures, and recovery during cooling incidents.
• Coordinate with L1 technicians, IT teams, OEM specialists, and other engineering teams during cooling incidents.
