Job summary

Triple-E is seeking a Data Center Operations Administrator to support compliant records and audits. You will maintain evidence for ISO 27001, SOC and related standards, manage SOPs/MOPs/EOPs, and coordinate audits to enable engineers and the DC Manager to work with accurate data.

You will handle asset registers, vendor contracts, KPI/SLA reporting in Excel, and coordinate with engineers, vendors and auditors to ensure timely reporting and complete documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• 3–5 years in data center operations admin or facilities/IT service management.
• Experience in document control: SOPs, MOPs, EOPs and drawings revisions.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and audit management; ISO 22301 and 45001 a plus.
• Familiar with ITIL, change and maintenance management.
• Maintains asset registers, vendor and contract records.
• Strong Excel reporting (KPI/SLA).

Responsibilities

• Maintain evidence for ISO 27001, 22301, 45001, SOC audits and data-center requirements.
• Control SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, maintenance procedures, drawings, equipment records and document revisions.
• Maintain change records, approvals, maintenance schedules and evidence of completed activities.
• Coordinate preventive-maintenance schedules for CDU, HVAC, UPS, generators, switchgear and other critical infrastructure, and track overdue PM and outstanding defects.
• Maintain vendor/OEM contacts, contracts, support entitlements, SLAs, service reports and escalation information.
• Maintain the facilities asset register: serial numbers, warranty, maintenance history, location and lifecycle.
• Track engineer competency, OEM certifications, safety training, LOTO authorization and certification expiry.
• Administer Permit-to-Work records and contractor documentation, while technical approval remains with the responsible engineer or DC Manager.
• Maintain incident reports, RCA records, action registers and closure evidence.
• Prepare monthly KPI/SLA reports on availability, incidents, maintenance, capacity, energy, alarms and operational risks.
• Provide administrative support: meetings and minutes, shift rosters, reports, purchase requests, vendor visits and operational coordination.
