Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Performance Specialist to join the Standards & Performance team. You will own end-to-end DC Ops performance, manage findings and risks, and translate audits into actionable improvements across global sites.

Collaborate with GRC, Client Success, OIS, and Central Functions to ensure maturity, audit readiness, and client confidence. Travel may be required for audits and cross-regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with internal/external audits and risk management processes.
• Knowledge of Deming cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act) and Lean principles desirable.
• Strong data analysis, KPI tracking and performance reporting experience.
• Experience working in matrixed, multinational organizations and cross-regional collaboration.
• Exposure to regulated or audit-driven environments desirable.
• Experience in critical infrastructure, data center operations or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Internal/external Audit support – Primary interface with GRC, Central Functions and DC sites.
• Client Audit support – Primary interface with CSM, Central Functions and DC sites.
• OIS assessments support – Primary interface with OIS, Central Functions and DC sites.
• Working with GRC Risk management team to manage and mitigate DC Operations risks.
• Coordinate and manage OPA and the Standards Baseline Deviations tracker.
• Findings platform interfaces - 6clicks/Mcube.
• Findings management. Review, update and closure findings and risks.
• 01W data update on DCOPS findings tracker.
• Community MS team DCOPS - Performance oversight.
• Monthly reporting (KPIs/metrics) - DCOPSCO Scorecard.
• Power BI.
