Job summary

Lancesoft Indonesia is seeking a BI Analyst to translate business requirements into BI-driven solutions and to document needs for project success. You will gather requirements, analyze data, and produce clear BI dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or Looker, while collaborating with internal teams and users.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in IT/CS, at least 3 years' BI experience, strong SQL skills, data wrangling ability, and a good grasp of ERP SAP processes within projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Experience: minimum 3 years' experience in BI/analytics.
• Skills: SQL, relational databases, data cleansing/wrangling, BI tools, ERP (SAP).

Job description

• Requirements Gathering & Business Requirements Analysis
• Identify and translate user requirement into Business Intelligence (BI) driven solutions
• Translate business need into requirement and documentation (BPS, RDM, MoM, UAT, etc)

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, System Information, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience: Min 3 years' experience
• Skills:
• a. Understanding of relational database concepts.
• b. Proficient in writing and interpreting SQL queries.
• c. Skilled in data processing, including data cleansing and data wrangling.
• d. Experienced in creating data visualization using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc).
• e. Strong understanding of basic statistics.
• f. Experienced with ERP system (e SAP) and understanding of business process.
• Interpersonal and Communication skills
• a. Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes internal team and users.
