Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd seeks a data analytics professional to interpret data and deliver actionable insights. You will build robust querying, transformation, and visualization pipelines using SQL, Excel, Python, R, and other big data tools.

You will develop analytical reports, present findings to drive fact-based decisions, and collaborate with management to identify process improvements based on data. Experience with large datasets and live dashboards is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, Statistics or related field.
• Expert in SQL with ability to write advanced DB queries; Python/R/Java/Javascript desirable.
• Ability to disseminate data to identify key trends and dive deep into data.
• Experience with large datasets and creating complex visualizations in live dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with analytical tools (Jupyter, Python, Hive, BigQuery ML) is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Ability to quickly disseminate data to find key trends, as well as the ability to dive deep and mine the data behind these.
• Comfortable working with datasets containing millions of rows and creating complex visualizations from raw data in a live dashboard environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
