Job summary

PT Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo (Singa Fintech) is seeking a BI Analyst to join its IT team in Indonesia. You will build and maintain dashboards, perform data analysis, ensure data quality, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to enable data‑driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, hands‑on experience with BI tools, and a solid understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and fintech metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role; experience in Fintech, Banking, or E-commerce is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs across products and operations.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct ad-hoc analysis, cohort studies, trend analysis, and other data investigations to identify opportunities and bottlenecks.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Product Managers and Engineering to define data requirements and ensure alignment with data pipelines.
• Data Quality & Governance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across databases and reporting platforms.
• Strategic Recommendations: Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for management and cross-functional teams.
• Business Metrics: Analyze fintech metrics such as conversion rate, retention, LTV, CAC, transaction volume/GMV, and cohort performance.

• Experience working with fintech or financial services data.
