Job summary

Kamoro Maxima Integra in Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks a Data Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into BI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and documented (BPS, RDM, MoM, UAT).

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (GPA ≥3.0), 3+ years’ experience, strong SQL and data wrangling skills, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker), ERP exposure (SAP), and excellent communication.

Job description

Conduct requirements gathering and business requirements analysis

Identify, analyze, and translate user requirements into Business Intelligence (BI)-driven solutions

Translate business needs into clear requirements and project documentation, including BPS, RDM, MoM, UAT, and other relevant documents

Collaborate with business users, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented

Qualifications:

Willing to work from office in North Jakarta. Candidates who can join ASAP will be prioritized.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with minimum GPA 3.00.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst

Proficient in SQL, relational databases, data processing, cleansing, and wrangling.

Experienced in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent) with a good understanding of basic statistics and business processes.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and business users.
