Job summary

PT Tekno Gemilang Indonesia (TOG Indonesia) is seeking a seasoned BI Analyst to gather and translate business requirements into BI solutions based in Jakarta.

You will work with stakeholders to design dashboards, reports, and data models, using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to support decision-making across the organization.

The role requires collaboration across functional teams and solid SQL skills to ensure accurate data delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify and translate user requirements into BI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with business users to understand reporting and analytical needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional documentation, including: Business Process Specification (BPS), Requirement Definition Matrix (RDM), Meeting Minutes (MoM), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documents.
• Support data analysis and ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Job description

• Identify and translate user requirements into Business Intelligence (BI)-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with business users to understand reporting and analytical needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional documentation, including:
• Business Process Specification (BPS)
• Requirement Definition Matrix (RDM)
• Meeting Minutes (MoM)
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documents
• Other related project documentation
• Support data analysis and ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a related role

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
• Proficient in writing, optimizing, and interpreting SQL queries.
• Experience in data processing, including data cleansing, transformation, and data wrangling.
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and a good understanding of business processes.
• Ability to create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
