Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biochemistry or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or key account management in Food Ingredients with dairy focus.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and expanding opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of dairy ingredients, applications, trends, and customer needs.
• Experience managing key accounts and conducting commercial negotiations.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, delivering dairy solutions.
• Provide commercial and technical dairy expertise, including product recommendations and customer presentations.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, market trends, and KPIs to enable data-driven decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
