Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Simatupang in South Jakarta is seeking an IT Support technician to join our facilities team. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, printers, and network devices while delivering basic end-user support.

You should have hands-on experience with PL/SQL, networking, and business applications; knowledge of Axapta, Microsoft 365, and Power BI reporting is a plus. This on-site role offers opportunities to work with modern equipment in a dynamic hospital

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PL/SQL and basic database concepts.
• Familiar with business process applications and Axapta.
• Experience creating reports with Power BI is a plus.
• Understanding programming algorithms/logic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, printers, and network devices.
• Provide basic technical support to users (hardware/software troubleshooting).
• Handle day-to-day IT service requests such as password resets and connectivity issues.
• Document maintenance and support activities.
• Assist IT asset inventory processes (labeling, checks).
• Coordinate with the IT team to report and resolve issues.

Job Description

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, printers, and network devices.
• Provide basic technical support to users (simple hardware/software troubleshooting).
• Handle day-to-day IT service requests, such as password resets, network connectivity issues, etc.
• Perform basic documentation related to maintenance and support activities.
• Support IT asset inventory processes (labeling, checking, etc.).
• Coordinate with the IT team for issue reporting and resolution

Qualifications

• Good command of PL/SQL query language (Laragon, Phyton, PHP)
• Good knowledge of programming algorithms/logic.
• Able to create Packages/procedures in PL/SQL as an added value.
• Have knowledge of creating reports from Power BI as an added value.
• Know business Process Applications, Axapta, Microsoft 365, helpdesk ticketing.
• Know managing network systems and hardware troubleshooting
