Expect to lead technical pre-sales engagements, build stakeholder consensus, and translate complex requirements into actionable insights for product management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pre-sales experience in high-tech environments.
• Ability to articulate identity security, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions.
• Solid knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with LDAP directories and authentication methods.
• Familiarity with .NET, Java, and CLI authentication technologies.
• Certifications such as CISSP, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep technical knowledge of Idira's product portfolio.
• Lead and manage technical pre-sales engagements with clients.
• Handle complex technical processes and resolve escalations.
• Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients to uncover opportunities.
• Deliver persuasive presentations communicating technical value to stakeholders.
• Craft precise responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Ensure successful execution and delivery of customer POCs.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable product insights.
• Represent Idira at industry conferences and partner events.
