Job summary

Qualifications

8+ years' experience in pre-sales within high-tech environments.
Strong knowledge of identity security, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions.
Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Experience with LDAP directories and authentication methods.
Proficiency in articulating technical value to diverse stakeholders.
Certifications such as CISSP, SANS, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud are a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain deep technical knowledge of Idira's product portfolio and stay current with industry innovations.
Lead and manage technical pre-sales engagements, ensuring successful outcomes.
Handle complex technical processes and swiftly resolve escalations.
Develop and sustain relationships with clients to uncover new business opportunities.
Deliver persuasive presentations communicating technical value to stakeholders.
Draft precise responses to RFIs and RFPs.
Ensure success of customer POCs and translate requirements into product insights.
Represent Idira at industry conferences and partner events.
