Job summary

Palo Alto Networks Indonesia is seeking a Domain Consultant to blend technical expertise with sales insight and drive technical wins across the sales cycle. You will own the technology evaluation stage and work closely with sales and product teams to champion our identity and cloud security solutions.

In this role you will build deep product knowledge, lead pre-sales engagements, handle complex processes, and develop strong client relationships to uncover new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pre-sales experience in high-tech environments.
• Strong ability to articulate how identity security, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions address business challenges.
• Certifications such as CISSP, SANS, AWS/Azure/GCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep technical knowledge of Idira's portfolio.
• Lead and manage technical pre-sales engagements with sales teams.
• Handle complex technical processes and resolve escalations swiftly.
• Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients to uncover opportunities.
• Deliver persuasive presentations communicating technical value to diverse stakeholders.
• Craft precise responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Ensure successful execution and delivery of customer POCs.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable product insights.
