Job summary

Idira is seeking a Domain Consultant to join our Indonesia team. You will combine technical expertise with sales insight to drive technical wins across the sales cycle, taking ownership of the technology evaluation stage and collaborating closely with sales and product management to champion Idira's solutions.

You will build deep knowledge of Idira's product portfolio, lead technical pre‑sales engagements, and craft clear RFIs/RFPs while developing client relationships and presenting compelling

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pre-sales experience in high-tech environments.
• Strong understanding of identity security, cloud or cybersecurity solutions.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with LDAP directories and authentication methods.
• Proficiency with .NET, Java, and CLI technologies.
• Preferred: scripting or application development skills.
• CIS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep technical knowledge of Idira's product portfolio and stay current with industry innovations.
• Lead and manage technical pre-sales engagements to drive successful outcomes.
• Handle complex technical processes and rapidly resolve escalations.
• Develop and sustain relationships with prospective and existing clients to uncover opportunities.
• Deliver persuasive presentations that communicate technical value to diverse stakeholders.
• Craft precise responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Ensure successful execution of customer proofs-of-concept (POCs).
• Translate customer requirements into actionable insights for Product Management.
• Represent Idira at industry conferences, partner events, and trade shows.
