Talent Insider is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to establish and nurture a skilled team split between consulting and technical functions. The role requires guiding architecture, product design, and solution strategies aligned with industry best practices.

The candidate will recruit, train, and mentor professionals, driving a culture of innovation and excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions across the product and service ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in the IT security sector, preferably in Presales/Consulting/Technical Sales roles with a track record of managing complex projects.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, product design, and architecture design in the cybersecurity domain.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams - experience in managing and leading a team in the last 5 years of tenure.
