Job summary

TechConnect GmbH seeks an executive technology and cybersecurity leader to define and execute the security strategy in alignment with business goals. You will mentor high-performing teams, oversee SOC operations, and drive innovation across security programs.

The role demands deep cloud security, SIEM/SOAR, governance, and client engagement skills, with a focus on pre-sales and enterprise delivery. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in technology and cybersecurity with leadership experience.
• Proven bench strength in SOC, incident response, and MSSP settings.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud security, SIEM/SOAR, IAM/PAM, EDR/XDR.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the security strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead SOC operations, incident response, threat monitoring, and cyber defense.
• Manage delivery of premium cybersecurity services (VAPT, red team, cloud security, MSSP).
• Design secure architecture; drive automation and continuous improvement.
