Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Customs Clearance & Import Specialist to join our team in Jakarta. You will handle import and customs clearance, coordinate with brokers and freight forwarders, and ensure all documents such as PIB, Invoice, Packing List, B/L and COO are prepared and reviewed.

You will monitor shipments and maintain meticulous records. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customs clearance or international logistics.
• Familiar with Indonesia Customs (Bea Cukai) and import procedures.
• Experience with PIB, HS Code, PEB, COO and related documents.
• Ability to organize documents and materials systematically.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is expected.
• Priority given to candidates residing near Sunter, North Jakarta and able to join immediately.

We are looking for an experienced Customs Clearance & Import Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Handle and coordinate import and customs clearance processes.

Prepare and organize import-related documents and materials.

Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and relevant authorities.

Prepare and review import documents, including PIB, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, and other customs documents.

Monitor shipment status, ETA, customs clearance, and delivery process.

Prepare and organize quotations, cost calculations, and supporting documents.

Maintain accurate filing and documentation for import transactions.

Ensure all import activities comply with applicable customs and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding import schedules, costs, documents, and deliveries.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customs clearance, import, or international logistics.

Familiar with Indonesia Customs (Bea Cukai) and import procedures.

Familiar with PIB, HS Code, PEB, COO, shipping documents, and customs clearance processes.

Able to organize documents and materials systematically.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Experience in heavy equipment, machinery, construction, or manufacturing is an advantage.

Candidates residing near Sunter, North Jakarta, will be given priority.
