Job summary

DayOne in Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to support the Customer Success Manager in delivering high-quality services and projects to clients. This role coordinates daily operations, assists with project execution, and ensures service delivery meets contractual and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Major in Project Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 1 year work experience in DC industry/MEP Consultancy/Construction industry; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Excellent customer interface, strong communication, presentation and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn, positive mindset, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English preferred; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing customer communications with timely, professional responses.
• Support relationship-building by preparing client-facing documents and maintaining records.
• Track service performance against SLAs and help prepare reports/dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service operations and issue resolution.
• Support the Customer Success Manager in project schedules, documentation and stakeholder comms.
• Maintain audit/compliance records and adhere to ITIL standards.
