Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Support: manage inquiries and maintain records.
• Service Delivery Monitoring: track SLAs and prepare reports.
• Project Coordination: manage schedules, docs and stakeholder communications.
• Compliance & Documentation: maintain audit-ready records per ITIL and internal procedures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: liaise with operations, network, IT services, and construction.
