Job summary

Valmet Corporation Indonesia is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support Spare Parts and Field Services in the Packaging and Paper Business Area. You will coordinate quotations, orders, documentation, and deliveries with customers, sales, logistics, and operations to ensure a smooth order journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• 2–5+ years in customer service, order management, or sales coordination.
• Experience with ERP systems and Salesforce CRM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage order handling activities for the assigned area and collaborate closely with sales teams to support customer requirements.
• Receive and process customer orders through the ERP system, ensuring all order information is accurate and complete.
• Prepare quotations, order acknowledgements, invoices, contracts and other commercial documents.
• Respond to customer and internal enquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and service requests.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, operations, logistics, and workshop teams to process orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Track order status and maintain delivery schedules, communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Verify delivery and payment terms, including Letters of Credit and bank guarantees.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on payment-related matters.
• Maintain accurate order records and commercial documentation within business systems.
• Monitor order backlog and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Support sales and marketing activities as required within the assigned region.
