The candidate should bring a engineering degree and 5+ years of pulp mill technology experience, with strong knowledge of components, equipment, and accessories. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of pulp mill components, equipment, and accessories.
• Ability to provide technical information and advice to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop technical solutions for spare parts applications.
• Prepare technical specifications and quotations that meet customer requirements, commercial conditions, and delivery schedules.
• Respond to customer and sales enquiries on technical aspects of products and services.
• Support customers, sales teams, and distribution channels by resolving order-related issues and complaints.
• Coordinate with sales, service, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Configure solutions based on system specifications and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with product management to ensure products and services are configured and delivered according to customer needs.
• Negotiate pricing and support closing customer deals together with the sales team.
• Manage purchase orders and invoicing activities.
• Maintain close communication with Valmet's overseas technology and manufacturing units.
