Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical or related field.
• Experience in paper/board making, roll maintenance or roll coverings preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on technical capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support for roll services and roll coverings.
• Conduct onsite assessments and present technical solutions to customers.
• Support sales teams with technical knowledge, solution proposals, and meetings.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations related to roll performance and maintenance.
• Collaborate with global experts to identify optimal service and covering solutions.
• Assist in evaluating customer needs, troubleshooting roll-related issues, and proposing corrective actions.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time.
