Job summary

PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia is seeking a Training Specialist to analyze user behavior and product performance, identify training needs, and deliver effective product and customer service training. The role covers creating and maintaining training materials, SOPs, and guidelines in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Chinese Literature, Mandarin Education, Translation, Linguistics, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in Training or CS or Product Support is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; HS K 5+ preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in Financial Services and E-commerce; experience studying/working in China is a plus.

Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written (HSK 5 or above is preferred).

Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Passionate about Financial Services and E-commerce industries, with experience studying or working in China considered a plus.
