PT Bank CTBC Indonesia is seeking a Customer Service professional in Semarang to support banking transactions, assist with account openings and updates, and respond to customer inquiries. Mandarin and English proficiency are required, with 0-2 years in banking.

The role involves guiding walk-in customers, handling deposits and account mutations, and ensuring a clean, friendly service environment in a busy banking office.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience as Customer Service in Banking Industry.
• Bachelor Degree in Management or any other relevant discipline.
• Mandarin proficiency is a must.
• English proficiency in listening, writing and speaking.
• Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Assist walk-in customers to fill forms, requests and information.
• Assist with Account Opening, Account Closing, and Account Update.
• Deliver and roll over contract of Time Deposit.
• Assist customer inquiries for balance, FX, and routine account mutations.
• Responsible for key and combination holder and handling customer complaints.
• Maintain neat and friendly service area with a smile.

Responsible for key and combination holder & handle customer complaint
