Job summary

PT Bank CTBC Indonesia is seeking a Management Trainee to support corporate client relationships in Jakarta. This contract-based role focuses on account management, cross-functional coordination, and delivering tailored banking services to institutional clients.

Ideal candidates have a business/finance/economics background, strong communication, and fluency in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a plus. You will work closely with senior management to drive client satisfaction and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of banking products and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and banking software.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a plus.

About the role PT Bank CTBC Indonesia is seeking a Management Associate to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. This is a contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in banking and financial services, specifically within account and relationship management. As a Management Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of client relationships and contributing to the strategic objectives of the bank. This position is based in Jakarta and will involve working closely with senior management and client-facing teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and relationship development.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of strategic client relationships across assigned portfolio
• Assist in identifying client needs and providing tailored banking solutions and services
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive client documentation and relationship records
• Coordinate communication between clients and various internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Support the execution of relationship management strategies and account development initiativesMonitor client account performance and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
• Contribute to regular client reviews and prepare supporting analysis and documentation
• Support the management team in administrative and operational matters related to client accounts
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as required
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, services and market trends to provide informed support

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline GPA ≥ 3.20 out of 4.00
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly in corporate or relationship banking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking software systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken (Mandarin speaking will be an advantage)
