Job summary

PT Bank CTBC Indonesia is seeking a capable support staff to assist Relationship Managers in daily banking operations in Surabaya. The role involves handling routine tasks and ensuring smooth service delivery.

The position supports account opening, document collection, and monitoring of payments while coordinating with back office and other departments to serve customers efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager with day-to-day transactions and account opening processes.
• Collect and file documents, and handle customer drawdown and repayment requests.
• Coordinate with back office, bills, credit or loan administration to deliver services to customers.

Job description

To assist Relationship Manager in handling day to day transactions and administrative, i.e. account opening process, documents collection/filing, customer drawdown and repayment request.

To monitor principal and interest payment via periodic tracking and send reminder to the customers

To assist other supporting departments such as back office, bills, credit or loan administration, etc, in delivering services to the customers.
