Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics professional to manage import and export procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulations and timely documentation.

You will coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines and internal teams, monitor progress, resolve issues, and strive for high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience or specialization in Freight Forwarding or a related logistics industry.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and attention to detail, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Mandarin is required to communicate with overseas agents).
