Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations for our growing F&B business.

Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee records and HR administration, while ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience preferred.
• Experience in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet operations is an advantage.

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations of our growing F&B business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and payroll-related information
• Handle HR administration including employment letters, confirmations, warnings and resignations
• Coordinate staff scheduling, transfers and manpower requirements with outlet management
• Assist with payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other statutory matters
• Support foreign worker administration, permits and related documentation
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and staff enquiries
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company HR policies
• Support performance appraisals, training and other HR initiatives

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 2-4 years of HR experience preferred
• Experience in F&B, retail or multi-outlet operations is an advantage
• Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, responsible and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / HR systems
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
