PT Januardi Putera Logistik (Jakarta) is seeking an Overseas Customer Support professional to identify and develop new overseas customers and opportunities. The role focuses on building strong relationships with international customers and agents, following up on prospects, and providing timely quotations and proposals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has at least 2 years in Freight Forwarding or related roles, and must have excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new overseas customers and business opportunities.

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with international customers and overseas agents.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to generate new business.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding freight forwarding services.

Prepare quotations, customer proposals, and maintain customer-related documentation.

Coordinate closely with the Operations, Pricing, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Monitor customer satisfaction and provide effective solutions to maintain excellent service quality.

Support the achievement of sales targets by generating leads and expanding the customer portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, preferably as Overseas Customer Support, Customer Service, Sales Support, or Business Development.

Proven ability to identify and acquire new customers within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – Mandatory.

Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Customer-oriented, proactive, result-driven, and able to work under targets.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
